Larkhaven Ledger is a private website-administration utility. This notice explains the connected information used by the utility and distinguishes that processing from this public information website.
Information used by the utility
After the account holder grants permission, the utility may access website performance information and the list of sites and domains associated with the authorized account. Granted permissions also allow supported changes to property records and ownership-verification operations.
Authorization credentials, including refresh tokens, allow the operator’s configured system to keep the authorized connection working. Keep these credentials private; they are not part of this public website.
Purpose and recipients
The operator uses this information to review website performance and maintain authorized property records. Connected information is exchanged with the relevant service provider to perform those operations. It is not sold or used for advertising. The utility must not use connected information for unrelated purposes without a new, informed authorization.
Storage and retention
The operator is responsible for the configured storage of credentials and any retrieved data, including access restrictions and retention. Retain information only while it is needed for the authorized task. Removing a connection does not automatically delete records already retained by the operator.
Your choices
Review permissions before connecting. Revoke access through the connected account’s permission settings when the utility is no longer needed. To request deletion of retained information or ask about its use, contact the operator through the channel by which you arranged access to the utility.
This public website
These pages contain no sign-in form, advertising trackers or application analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process routine request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website under its own policies.
